Pet Rabbit World - owned by Christine Carter in ACT. Be sure to also have a look at her book "The Wonderful World of Pet Rabbits". I can very highly recommend this book, as it covers a very wide range of topics such as basic rabbit care, breeding, showing, a very good chapter on feeding, and my personal favourite, a detailed chapter about rabbit health including a comprehensive list of rabbit illnesses, and very helpful home remedies. This book has been a lifesaver (literally!) to some of my rabbits, and I think every pet owner should have a copy of it. Christine also provides a boarding and clipping/grooming service for your bunnies.
The Rabbit Patch - owned by Trish Ratford, NSW. This site contains plenty of helpful information, and also offers for sale some useful bunny products. The page about Rabbit Health is particularly helpful. Make sure you have a look at the Free Rabbit Patch Wallpapers too!
Bek's Bunnies has lots and lots of great information about pet rabbits! Bek has excellent boarding facilities if you live in Melbourne and your bunny needs a place to stay while you are away. You can also have a look at some rabbit products while you are visiting this site.

Wildwood Rabbit Stud and South Australia Rabbit Rescue - Every time I visit this website, I am amazed at the tremendous variety of rabbit breeds, and the vast amount of information contained in this website!!! Some of the great info here includes an A-Z of Rabbit Safe Plants, A-Z of Toxic Plants, Hot Weather Treatment, A-Z of Rabbit Ilnesses, and Rabbit First Aid, just to mention a few!

The Nature Trail Rabbitry - This website is just jam-packed full of great information about breeding, showing, genetics, and lots of other things!!! Definitely worth a visit.
Precious Pet Rabbits - Plenty of information relating to pet rabbits here. There is also an Online Store where you can purchase accessories for your rabbit, and a very interesting page about Unique Pet Names.
Ruskin Stud - Check out Phil Batey's stunning Miniature and French Lops!!! The Genetics section of this website is also an absolute must-visit for anybody interested in rabbit genetics, especially since it includes articles about some of the less common colour genes, such as the BEW (Blue-eyed white) gene and the Steel gene.
The House Rabbit Society - Based in the US, the House Rabbit Society is literally packed with great info on keeping rabbits as house pets. From litter training and rabbit health to diet and understanding rabbit body language, this website has it all.
Rabbit Clubs and Groups:
Australian Show Rabbit - a group mainly for rabbit exhibitors, but open to anyone interested in rabbits. You can learn a lot from talking to people here.
